At Clas Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Clas Clothing account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
